Ingredients:

2 (10 oz.) packages frozen spinach, thawed & well-drained
2 small onions, very finely chopped
2 1/4 c. stuffing with herbs
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Drain spinach very well, squeezing out as much water as possible.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, onions, stuffing mix, eggs, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
