4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided

1 teaspoon onion powder
