Ingredients:
1 lb raw shrimp (large, peeled, and deveined)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 oz sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 oz fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Season shrimp with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic, cooking 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp to a plate.
In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes, cooking for 1 minute. Add spinach until wilted.
