Ingredients:
1 Kg Mango
1/3 cup Tapioca Pearl
1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Milk
2 cup Nata De Coco
5 cup Water

Directions:
In a pot, bring water to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, add tapioca pearls and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Turn off the heat, cover, and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
Strain the tapioca pearls and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk and milk, mixing well.
Dice the mango and strain the nata de coco. Combine them with the tapioca pearl mixture, stirring well.
Refrigerate before serving to enjoy a chilled dessert.
